Kotak Mahindra Bank has posted a rise of 46.96% in its net profit of Rs 276 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 188 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.

Total income of the bank has increased from Rs 1,304 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 to Rs 1,923 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.
