ITNL rises on hopes of bagging NHAI order
IL&FS Transportation Networks (ITNL) has moved higher by 5% at Rs 212 after the company said it has emerged as the lowest bidder for the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) road project in Himachal Pradesh.
The NHAI has opened the bids for four laning of Kiratpur to Ner-Chowk Section of NH-21 in the State of Himachal Pradesh to be executed as BOT (Toll) on DBFOT pattern under NHDP Phase – III and the company has emerged as the lowest bidder for the aforesaid project, the company engaged in roads and highways projects said in a filing to the stock exchanges.
The Project is on toll basis with a concession period of 28 years including construction period of 3 years and the estimated cost of the project is Rs 1,818 crore. The company had quoted a grant of Rs 134.57 crore for project.
