Core Projects & Technologies Ltd said on Tuesday its unit acquired a UK-based education solutions firm ITN Mark Education for $25 million.

ITN Mark, which is a provider of teachers and teaching assistants, has a topline of $33-35 million and current EBIT margins of around 12 percent.

ITN mark was acquired from Ochre House, the recruitment outsourcing and talent management bsuiness backed by NBGI Private Equity.
