Zee Entertainment promoters pledge shares

Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL) today said seven of its promoter entities had pledged over 110 million shares of the company.
A total of 1,10,985,852 shares have been pledged till June 30.
The shares pledged account for 11.35% of the total number of outstanding shares of ZEEL, according to a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The entities which have pledged shares are Ashok Kurien, Ganjam Trading Company, Churu Trading, Sushila Goel, Prajtma Trading, Veena Investment and Premier Finance Trading company, the filing said.
ZEEL shares closed marginally down at Rs 128.60 on the BSE.
