Unity Infra bags multi-city orders of Rs 253 cr
Infrastructure developer Unity Infraprojects today said it had bagged five orders worth Rs 259.91 crore in the construction and irrigation space.
The company has bagged three orders in the construction space from city-based R Mall Developers (Rs 62.20 crore), Rs 87.13 crore contract from Gurgaon developer Paras Buildtech to construct seven towers along with associated basement at Noida and Rs 7 crore worth order from Cadbury, a statement said here.
Unity has bagged Rs 76.60 crore order in the irrigation space from Yamuna Basin, Water Resources Department of Madhya Pradesh government for construction of Mahuar Earthen Dam, central slipway and two head sluices in Shivpuri district.
Meanwhile, Karnataka Power Corporation has awarded a Rs 19.98-crore contract to Unity for extension of existing Drugs Controller's Office in Bangalore.
"We have bagged orders worth Rs 783.91 crore in current financial year. As our pan India presence grows, we will strengthen our position in Madhya Pradesh and improve our presence in construction space of northern and southern India. We will continue to make efforts to exceed our stakeholders' expectation," Unity Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Abhijit Avarsekar said.
The current order book of the company stands at Rs 3,853 crore of which civil contributes 53%, water irrigation 35% and balance 12% comes from transportation, the release added.
