Anil Ambani Group company Reliance Capital has raised its stake in IT solutions provider Aurionpro Solutions by buying additional 2,40,000 shares for about Rs 3 crore through an open market transaction.

As of September quarter, Reliance Capital held 10,19,213 shares or 6.4% stake in Aurionpro Solutions.

Reliance Capital bought 2,44,166 shares of Aurionpro Solutions for Rs 125 apiece through a bulk deal, according to the data available with the National Stock Exchange.

Meanwhile, foreign fund houses sold Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Espana and Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius sold 1,50,726 shares and 95,000 equities of Aurionpro Solutions respectively for Rs 125 apiece through a bulk deal, it added.

Shares of Aurionpro Solutions ended the trade at Rs 125 a piece on the BSE, up 0.28% from the previous close.
