Automotive Axles has soared 10% to Rs 427 on reporting a net profit of Rs 19.73 crore for the first quarter ended December 2011, on the back of higher operational income.

Automotive Axles has rallied 9% to Rs 456 after reporting 46% year-on-year (y-o-y) jump in its net profit at Rs 18.40 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2011. Net sales grew 64% at Rs 278 crore (Rs 170 crore) on y-o-y basis.
