Unity Infra zooms on orders worth Rs 485 cr

Unity Infraprojects was locked in 5% upper circuit at Rs 46.60 after the company said it has bagged new construction orders worth Rs 485 crore.
The first order amounting of Rs 414 crore, entails the construction of hospital buildings, academic block & students hostel with associated services under Phase-I for comprehensive redevelopment plan for Lady Hardinge Medical College & Associated Hospitals, New Delhi by HSCC. The said project is to be completed within a period of 20 months.

The second project worth of Rs 71 crore involves the construction of auditorium at NASC complex, in New Delhi from RITES, (A Govt. of India Enterprises) and is to be completed within in a period of 18 months.
With these fresh orders, the order book position stands at Rs 4,421 crore as of date, the construction and engineering company said in a filing to the stock exchanges.
A total 299,606 shares have already changed hands on the counter so far and there are pending buy orders for 12,119 shares on the NSE and BSE.
