Unity Infraprojects is trading 3% higher at Rs 118 after the company was bagged Rs 75-crore order for construction of hostel including internal services like public health, electrical, fire fighting, elevators etc. at IIT Powai by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Powai, Mumbai.
 
This is the third order bagged by the construction company within a week. On September 1, Unity secured two orders worth Rs 191 crore by City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd (CIDCO), and Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM).
 
The stock opened at Rs 118 and hit high of Rs 120 on the BSE. Around 67,000 shares have changed hands on the counter so far.
