Siemens wins order to modernize Korba Stage- II plant of NTPC On 17 June 2013 Siemens has announced that it has received an order from National Thermal Power Corporation for the renovation and modernization of its Korba stage II plant in Chhattisgarh. Siemens engineers will replace the existing system with the state- of- the- art, fourth generation distributed control systems  Siemens Power and Process Automation T3000 for the entire plant, including its boiler and turbine control systems.
